In their letter to the US Treasury Department, Rep. Maxine Waters and Sen. Sherrod Brown said they were "deeply concerned" by the proposed deal, writing, "Saudi Arabia has a repressive government, known for chilling dissent, jailing dissidents, and enacting draconian punishments."
