In her previous role, Nicholson served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA), the largest single-specialty anesthesia services provider in the U.S., where she led and managed a range of legal matters including commercial transactions, healthcare regulations, employment, M&A, litigation and compliance.

Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where Nicholson also serves as an adjunct professor in their Master of Health program.
