The latest Toll Brothers model home, now open for tours, highlights both the Villa and Select collections under one roof. New-home shoppers will have the opportunity to explore a unique variety of floor plans, amenities and design styles that cater to diverse lifestyle needs.
The Villa Collection boasts five quick-move-in homes, including the Galveston Manor, Aransas Traditional, Bandera High Plains, Lavaca Tudor and Waller Mission models. With starting prices in the mid-$400s, the Villa Collection offers homes with three to four bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and two- or three-car garages, available in one- or two-story configurations.
